| As some of you may have already seen on the blog, next weekend marks round one of the Civic Championship.
We have 4 teams of parity tuned 99 Honda Civics competing over a 15 round championship in both and individual
drivers championship and also a team championship.
Date and times for the first round are as follows:
Melbourne:
Sunday 4th November 9am
Auckland:
Sunday 4th November 11am
San Francisco:
Saturday 3rd November 3pm
New York:
Saturday 3rd November 6pm
The round will consist of 2x 3 Lap sprint races and 1x 15lap enduro race.
Points for the sprint races are:
1st - 8 points
2nd - 7 points
3rd - 6 points
4th - 5 points
5th - 4 points
6th - 3 points
7th - 2 points
8th - 1 point (n/a at this time as we only have 7 cars)
Points for the enduro race are:
1st - 24 points
2nd - 21 points
3rd - 18 points
4th - 15 points
5th - 12 points
6th - 9 points
7th - 6 points
8th - 3 points (n/a at this time as we only have 7 cars)
Races have full simulation damage and tyre wear. Will also be 1 mandatory pit stop (this can be for tyres etc) | |

| Race recaps are up on the blog and I've also posted the photos on our facebook page.
Congrats to Lord Boon who just wone the round with 28 points from A Volvo Driver with 27 points.
Team Red is out to an early lead in the Team championship with 48 points with Team Yellow on 32.
Team Blue should have their second driver back for round 2, and there is still one driver slot open
on Team Black.
